What is Relivo?
Relivo is an AI-powered event photo sharing platform for event teams, agencies and venues. Organizers upload event photos; every attendee finds their own with a quick opt-in selfie and receives a private, branded gallery by email, usually the same day, with no app to install.
How does the selfie matching actually work?
Each guest opts in by taking a quick selfie on their own device. Relivo turns it into an encrypted face embedding, matches it against your event photos, and surfaces only the photos they appear in. We never publish raw selfies, and the embedding can be deleted on request.
Is Relivo GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Relivo was designed around GDPR from day one. Consent is explicit and revocable, hosting is in the EU, we sign a Data Processing Agreement, and we publish a sub-processor list. Detailed documentation is available before you sign.
What happens to a guest's data after the event?
You set the retention window per event. Default is 90 days, after which face embeddings and personal galleries are deleted automatically. Guests can also delete their data at any time from a one-click link in every email.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests open a link or scan a QR code, snap a selfie in the browser and receive their gallery by email. Everything runs on the web. There's nothing to install for organizers, photographers or attendees.
Can we keep our own branding?
Every gallery, email and confirmation page is fully branded with your event identity: logo, colors, custom domain on request. Sponsors can be featured per event without compromising the guest experience.
How fast can a gallery go out?
For most events, personalized galleries are delivered the same day. Small events can ship live, in real-time during the event itself, perfect for activations and conference networking nights.
How do photos get into Relivo?
Photographers upload event photos directly to Relivo, during the event or after it. Multiple photographers can feed the same event, and photos become searchable as soon as they're uploaded, that's what makes live, same-evening galleries possible.
What types of events does Relivo support?
Corporate events and offsites, trade shows and conferences, university ceremonies and sports events, agency-run client events, and venues and nightlife. Plans cover everything from small activations to events with 1,500+ attendees.
Where is guest data hosted?
In the EU by default, under a Data Processing Agreement. Relivo uses its own trained models and third-party models. Hosting and where the model runs can be changed to match what the customer wants.
How much does Relivo cost?
Relivo is priced per event. The Free plan (€0) covers up to 200 photo uploads. Basic is €350 per event for up to 500 attendees, and Premium is €500 per event for 501–1,500 attendees. Teams running multiple events a year can subscribe for €250/month, with one Premium event license included each month. Enterprise plans for larger programs are custom.
